Please check everyday's campgrounds and bed availability of your application. The system will automatically release the vacant beds/campgrounds to the remaining for the all day, however it arranges beds/campsites only at 23:00 every day (E.g., group A cancel their schedule at 3 a.m. , the “Remaining” will be increased but you still need to wait till next Bed management timing at 23:00). If the number of the released beds is greater than the number of the applying team members in the first-rank order, the team in the first-rank order shall obtain the beds. On the other hand, if the number of the released beds is less than the number of the applying team members in the first-rank order, the released beds shall be filled up by the team of the second-rank order or the third-rank order with the number of the team members less than the released beds/campsites. If there are still no vacant beds/campgrounds by the 5th day before entry date, your application will be automatically rejected by the system (E.g., Date of entry on Feb. 6, get rejected at 23:00 Feb 1).
